We recently purchased a recreational vehicle at your Clinton, WA location. We have nothing but great things to say about your dealership and your salesman, Keaton Eckert. This RV is an upgrade from our previous motorhome and was a major family decision whether to purchase a larger and newer one or not. Keaton made us all feel very comfortable during our visits and never once tried to pressure us into buying it. Our kids loved getting to explore all the features and storage spaces. We had lots of questions and Keaton got us quick answers. He made himself available with email, phone and even came in after hours to complete the transaction. They represented the boat accurately, and even though the boat was sold “as-is”, they offered to take care of any necessary repairs to the electronics and power systems, but none were required. 3/17/10 – On the ferry to Whidbey, I spontaneously called A-Z Auto to rent a car. I arrived 20 minutes later and received excellent service in getting a car for my day. Excellent means friendly accommodating and prompt. This means a lot to me when away from home. I’ll rent from A-Z again. Keaton was man on duty.

In addition to your questionnaire, I'd like you to know how we became your customer: Our "new" Lexus, + exemplary service by Keaton Eckert of A to Z Auto and your Todd Webster has become promising for a new lease on life for us amidst the challenges of aging & disability. Expressly because of Keaton's finding this car with exactly and all of the creature comforts my condition needs, then establishing a seamless linkage with you, we are becoming confident of delaying our planned admission to a Continuing Care Retirement Community and attempting some travel dreams instead. Part of my childhood was in Japan and I had relatives in Kyushu. It is a full circle how this car built there now cares for my "shira ga no haida made" [white hair time]. Lexus is a life-support system for me, not that the luxury character and detail is unappreciated by me and more especially by my wife, the primary driver.
In our short tenure with Lexus, we are surprised how many older drivers join us in comment on our need for the comfort & resources of "luxury" cars to enable quality of later years. Marketing as "luxury" may be missing an affluent segment with "medical necessity." But no advertising could have prompted us to your dealership without the agency of Keaton Eckert: The service visit referenced in your letter prompted my first car-trip off Whidbey Island this year. Keaton brought us to you after bringing us to Lexus. He was like a surgeon with a good bedside manner: He heard our generalities and specifics, then began a single-minded quest for what we needed which he had figured out better than we. Anyone who wants to live hopes their surgeon will promptly diagnose expertly then aggressively "go for it." In a week Keaton emailed a photo of "your new car" which he physically evaluated, brought to you for further evaluation before selling to us, then referring us to you for "aftercare." I’ve always wanted a Grady-White and on my recent travels to Whidbey Island, I saw one at A-Z Auto shortly after exiting the ferry. I stopped and was immediately impressed with both the boat and the salespeople. They answered all my questions and I never once felt pressured to buy. However, I must admit I was still more than a bit hesitant to purchase a boat from a used car dealership. Nevertheless, after another visit or two, we agreed to a price and I had my boat. In the process of buying it, I was continually amazed at how accommodating both Keaton and Doug were in getting the boat ready for me. They each went above and beyond what I would have or could have ever expected. Based on the service I received, one might have thought that I was buying a $100K new car from a Lexus dealer. Dear Keaton, Our "Lexi" is so much better starting than it was. It doesn't make that prolonged grinding noise on start up now. So, all the trouble was well worth it.
